About the role:
The Contact Centre Officer works under direction of the Team Leader, Contact Centre in delivering against each of the areas of accountability outlined below.
The Contact Centre Officer is a member of the Sales team, and works collaboratively with others to ensure the effective operation of systems and processes that support the organisation’s programs and services with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Speaking with customers over the phone to promote, fundraise, and boost sales of our charity lottery tickets.
Deliver friendly, helpful service to a wide range of customers and community members.
Keep systems up to date, solve customer issues, and look for ways to improve every day.
Be part of a vibrant team that supports each other and works together to hit goals.
About you:

Great communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
Some experience in customer service, sales, fundraising or similar.
A love for process, accuracy, and getting things done.
Team spirit and a positive attitude.

Experience working a contact centre environment

Auslan skills or willingness to learn
