About the role:
Full time, permanent position commencing ASAP.
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of inbound calls. This role offers tremendous variety from simple messaging requests to scheduling bookings and managing more complex problems. Working across multiple systems, you will support our customers by acting as their frontline team.
We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success.
No experience necessary (just a willingness to learn).
When, where and how:
We operate over 7 days with rosters provided 2 weeks in advance for a 2-week block. You will work 38 hours per week with rosters between 6am and 9pm (penalty rates apply). Located in Milton in a location that is close to all public transport options and after a short period of time, you will also have an opportunity to work from home.
