We get it – you may not have worked in a call centre before, and you might not know what to expect. That’s okay! We’ll support you every step of the way. As the first point of contact for The WorkPac Group, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality solutions and a great customer experience. This 12-month maternity leave contract is also a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and exposure in a fast-paced call centre environment.
What will your day look like?
- Handling high volume inbound calls
- Strong focus on investigating and resolving queries
- Directing incoming requests to the relevant teams
- High-volume admin duties (database management & payroll enquiries)
