We are seeking experienced secondary school teachers to tutor, mentor, and support two motivated boys (aged 15 and 13) outside of school hours. The focus is on English, Mathematics, and Science, with exposure to French and Chinese as secondary subjects.

This is a part-time opportunity (approx. 10 hours per week + superannuation) with flexible scheduling after school hours and on weekends if required.

About the Role

Provide engaging, supportive tutoring and mentoring to secondary students

Assist with strengthening core subject knowledge (English, Maths, Science)

Support learning strategies, study habits, and academic confidence

Adapt lessons to the individual learning styles and needs of each student

Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency and progress

We’re looking for educators who are the right fit, not just those with the right CV. You will be:

QCT registered (full, provisional, or PTT considered)

Adaptable, resilient, and creative in your teaching practice

Confident teaching across multiple subject areas (Primary and Secondary experience welcome)

Passionate about supporting young people to re-engage in learning

Collaborative, energetic, and excited to help students thrive

Hold a valid Australian visa with work rights, or be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
