We are a thriving business as being the one-stop-shop like no other in Heating, Cooling & Hot Water supplies currently covering North, West, East & South Eastern Suburbs. We currently have six outlets; Campbellfield, Derrimut , Keysborough, Croydon South, Ballarat & Geelong.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have got an opportunity to have a new employee at our Keysborough branch front counter.

This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is interested in joining a quality driven organisation focused on continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will be varied and will include:

Provide great customer service for our customers face to face, over the phone & via email

Demonstrate a can-do attitude

Have great organisational skills and the ability to multitask

Strong and confident interpersonal skills

Able to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Ensuring the branch is well presented and maintained

Accurate picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders

Observing safe work practices for yourself and your team at all times

Qualifications and experience

Experience with in the industry is preferred but not essential

Applicant must possess a satisfactory level of verbal and written

Communication skills and a focus on providing great customer service,

Combined with the ability to resolve customer issues and contribute to meeting branch goals.

Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships. Some manual handling and lifting of packaged product will be required
