About the Role

Working side-by-side with People & Culture and senior clinical leaders, you’ll influence decisions that directly improve patient care while helping us attract, develop and keep world-class talent. • Skilled Communicator – Confidently present complex ideas and negotiate outcomes with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Data-Driven Planner – Experienced in workforce analytics, forecasting and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborative Partner – Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving results through effective business partnering.
