About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and strengthen our position in both the local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Manage and optimise social media accounts, winery website, and e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate wine promotions, events, and tasting programs to drive sales and visitor engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and media partners.

Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights for marketing strategy.

Prepare marketing materials (online content, newsletters, brochures, press releases).

Support export marketing initiatives, particularly targeting Asian markets.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing

Strong digital marketing skills

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Mandarin Chinese proficiency (preferred) – to support engagement with Chinese-speaking customers and markets.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
