Cybersecurity Senior Consultants / Managers – Career-Defining Opportunity
Remuneration:
Salary Range dependent on experience: $160,000 - $250,000 + Bonus
Sydney or Melbourne CBD - Hybrid Working
Our client, a Private Equity–backed professional services group, is expanding its Cybersecurity Practice as part of its ambitious growth strategy. This new division will focus on two critical areas:
Risk Mitigation – delivering preventive consulting services across legal, technology, risk management, and transformation to provide clients with long-term strategies to counter cyber breaches and attacks.
Cyber Breach Response – offering immediate response capability in the event of a breach, including legal advice, incident containment, and privacy support, followed by a full risk mitigation strategy to safeguard against future incidents.
As part of this exciting expansion, we are seeking accomplished Cybersecurity Consultants / Managers to join the cybersecurity division of this high-growth firm, working on high-profile transformation programs for a blue-chip client base.
This highly visible role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in establishing and leading change management practices across large-scale cybersecurity transformations, ideally in global enterprise environments. Partnering with senior leadership, you will embed best practice standards, methodologies, and frameworks, while building and leading a high-performing team of change managers to deliver a culture of innovation, adaptability, and lasting cybersecurity transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic change leadership across complex cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Mentor and lead a team of experienced change managers, driving outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups in enterprise environments.
- Establish best practice change management frameworks, governance, and methodologies tailored to cybersecurity and infrastructure programs.
- Develop bespoke change management, communication, and training strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive adoption and alignment.
- Manage and mitigate project risks while ensuring robust governance across the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated success in leading complex change initiatives across cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in embedding change management methodologies.
- Advanced skills in developing communication, training, and engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is essential.
