We are seeking experienced and gun Chefs to join our team. This position requires passion for food & service excellence and is fantastic opportunity to grow with a very well established hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

Produces a high quality food product at all times.

Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the menu.

Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control.

Monitor all food storage facilities to ensure that proper storage techniques are being used and that the cleanliness standards are being maintained.

Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with the established policies and procedures.

Ensure that all standard recipes are followed in all outlets.

Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.

Comply with all of the established operational policies & procedures.

Maintain a clean & safe working environment.

Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of the established occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).

Perform any other duties as directed by the Head Chefs

What we are looking for:

Experience as a Chef in a premium venue

Min 2 years relevant experience

Yakiniku restaurant ( Butchering ) and Seafood ( Sukibiki, Fillet and portioning Seafood) experience is preferred

A desire to learn and grow

Hold a trade qualification

Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
