About the role

You will provide professional customer service and administrative support in our food and retail services and support commercial operations at our Berwick Campus.

You will:

• provide retail and food service in our café and store operations;
• assist with merchandising in store;
• ensure all Point of Sale procedures are performed in accordance with policies and procedures; and
• assist with a broad range of administration duties.

About you

You will have a commitment to quality customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work with students and other client groups.

You will possess:

• prior experience in a hospitality or retail setting would be highly desirable;
• the ability to use standard office software packages;
• interpersonal and communication skills; and
• ability to work independently as well as part of a team
