WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Will need to invoice clients, run reports (debtors, creditors, bank recs etc)
- Liaise with select clients over the phone
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reporting.
- Data entry (accounts payable and receivable)
- Assist with BAS, payroll, super's etc
- Assist with warehouse admin and general office admin

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Previous Accts Pay/Rec and Payroll experience
- Clear concise communication skills both verbal and written
- Outgoing positive work ethic
- Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/SAP/MYOB)
- Ability to work within a close team with high level communication skills
