About the role

As a Membership Consultant at Powerhouse Gym Southside, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and success of our dynamic fitness centre in Daisy Hill. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the membership journey—from generating leads to closing sales and everything in between.

You’ll work directly with warm leads, build strong relationships with existing and prospective members, and actively contribute to the gym’s sales and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, energy, and initiative will directly impact your results. You will collaborate with the business owners to execute tailored marketing campaigns, creating innovative lead generation strategies, and delivering outstanding service that reflects the Powerhouse Gym Southside brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service by offering personalised membership solutions to prospective clients

Leading engaging sales presentations and guided tours to highlight our premium facilities and fitness offerings

Meeting and exceeding individual sales goals through proactive lead generation and follow-up

Accurately managing member data and interactions within our CRM system

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services that add value for our members

Working closely with the business owners to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive membership growth

Providing insightful feedback to enhance the overall member experience and streamline our sales processes

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the confidence to overcome objections and close sales

Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for efficient daily operations

A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in both sales techniques and customer service excellence
