About the Role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple commercial HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle from contract award through to handover

Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, site teams, and delivery schedules

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Track budgets, variations, and cost control throughout project delivery

Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the project team

About You:

Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager in the commercial sector

Strong background with Tier 2 mechanical contractors

Experience delivering a range of commercial projects (ideally $1M-$10M+)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Ambition to grow with a company expanding into Tier 1

Relevant trade or mechanical engineering qualifications preferred
