Key responsibilities:

Lead finance, administration, and risk functions with strong governance and control frameworks.

• Lead investor relations and capital management, including engagement with analysts and funding partners.

About you:

• Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, ideally within ASX-listed, growth-stage, or start-up environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
