What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting dermatology research by assisting with clinical trials, ensuring lab protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Processing clinical trial samples with precision
Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment
Supporting patients and enhancing compliance
Assisting with trial-related admin and reporting
Delivering high-quality phlebotomy and care

Essential Criteria:
Certificate IV in Pathology or Diploma in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution with subjects relevant to pathology or medical laboratory operations.
Selection Criteria:
Qualified to perform blood collection.
Proven ability to perform tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Proven effective team player.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
