Role: Clinical Trial Systems Change Specialist

About the Role

We partnered with a clinical trial business who is implementing a new Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and require an experienced Clinical Pro Contractor to support their transition. This role will ensure smooth migration, manage the overlap between systems and safeguard patient recruitment and study continuity during the change for a 6month period

Key Responsibilities

Support the transition from our current CTMS to a new platform, ensuring continuity of operations.

Oversee and coordinate dual-system operations during the migration period.

Assess and track which clinical trials are housed in each system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Work closely with patient recruitment teams to ensure participants are identified and managed correctly during the transition.

Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and operational oversight.

Act as a liaison between site staff, study coordinators and system vendors.

Support training, onboarding, and communication to drive adoption of the new CTMS.

Identify risks and issues related to the transition and propose solutions.

About You

Proven experience in change management or systems implementation within a clinical trial, CRO, healthcare, or life sciences environment.

Hands-on experience with CTMS platforms (experience with more than one is highly desirable).

Strong data management/analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present findings.

Solid understanding of clinical trial operations and patient recruitment processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
