Due to continued growth, we have multiple opportunities in our Service Department for full-time Air Conditioning Technicians. The role includes fault finding, maintenance, and delivering great customer service, mostly in residential homes with some light commercial work.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly to the Site Services Manager, you’ll take on a variety of tasks across residential homes and light commercial sites, including:

Accurate fault diagnosis and repairs on ducted refrigerated, reverse-cycle splits, and evaporative systems.

Scheduled maintenance for our loyal customer base, particularly during the summer season.

On-site quoting and estimating for repairs and replacements using our internal job app.

Maintaining a clean, well-organised van and tools, your mobile workshop represents our brand.

Delivering exceptional customer service: clear explanations, tidy work.

What experience you will bring to table

Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (essential).

Minimum 2 years’ post-trade experience with solid fault diagnosis skills and pride in workmanship.

Relevant industry licences and registrations: ARCtick, WA Restricted Electrical Licence, White Card, and a current WA driver’s licence.

Comfortable working in residential homes, with clear communication and great customer service skills.

Ability to estimate time and materials for repairs, and work unsupervised as if self-employed.

Reliable, honest, enthusiastic, and career-driven, with well-maintained tools/vehicle.

Keen to earn more through performance pay while delivering quality work.
