What the role involves

Installing ducted and split systems from start to finish

Running copper, run & tape duct, install drain

Pressure testing, evacuating and commissioning

Liaising with clients on site and delivering a great experience

Overseeing job quality and guiding apprentices when needed

Keeping your installs clean, safe and efficient

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of jobs and represent the All Degrees brand on site.

What we are looking for

Trade qualified refrigeration and air conditioning technician

Must hold a Certificate III qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning

Minimum 2 years post-trade experience

Comfortable with both ducted and split system installs

Confident working independently and leading a job

Manual WA driver's licence

ARCtick licence

Takes pride in a professional finish

Good with clients and values customer satisfaction

Experience working with or mentoring apprentices is a bonus

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights
