We’re growing and looking for a switched‑on AC Service Technician who loves fault finding, tidy installs and delivering great customer service. You’ll mostly work in residential homes with some light commercial.

What you’ll be doing

Summer/Winter: accurate diagnosis & repairs (reverse-cycle splits & ducted, evaps), plus the odd simple install.

Shoulder seasons: scheduled maintenance across our loyal customer base.

On‑site quoting/estimating for repairs and replacements using our job app.

Keep a clean van and well‑kept tools—your mobile workshop is part of the brand.

Deliver exceptional customer service in homes: clear explanations, tidy work, zero fuss.

What you’ll bring

Solid fault diagnosis experience (post‑trade) and pride in workmanship.

Comfortable working in residential homes and speaking with customers.

Ability to estimate time and materials for repairs.

Licences: Cert III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, ARCtick, WA Restricted Electrical, White Card, and a WA driver’s licence.

You look after your vehicle/tools, communicate clearly, and enjoy earning more through performance pay.
