Our client is a large waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities and government agencies.

About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative for a 5 month contract. You will be the first point of contact for business to business customers, helping with orders and general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied and exciting role.The ideal candidate will be experienced or eager to learn with a positive and can-do attitude.

Duties

• Delivered outstanding customer service in an inbound call centre environment
• Maintained a strong rapport with customers and sales representatives
• Dealt effectively with challenging customers
• Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
• Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
• Acting as a point of contract between Finance and site personnel
• Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
• High quantity of data entry, invoicing and processing orders

Skills & experience

• Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and on-site personnel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Working Holiday canddiates are welcome
