Customer Service Officer – Howard Rentals PTY. LIMITED
At Howard Rentals PTY. LIMITED, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, reliable fleet. We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and be the welcoming face of our business, ensuring a seamless vehicle handover and return experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist rental customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Process customer paperwork efficiently and accurately
Manage administrative tasks with attention to detail
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a helpful manner
Oversee vehicle collection and returns
Inspect vehicles for any damage and document findings
Handle cash transactions securely
Be flexible with working hours, including weekends
Assist with light vehicle detailing and driving
Assist with Damage Claims
Publish and Create marketing material
What We're Looking For:
Retail and sales experience is essential
Minimum 1-2 years of retail and sales experience is required
Rental Car Manager experience is desirable but not required
A valid driver's licence
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think on your feet and work efficiently under pressure
Motivated to contribute to the company's growth and success
