Position: Office Administrator

Location: Various positions in Hornsby and surrounding areas

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our clients in various locations in Hornsby and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.

Responsibilities:

Take and process customer orders by phone or email

Liaise with warehouse staff for inventory availability

Update various databases

Coordinate and manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

HSC or equivalent

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred
