Plumboss is seeking a full time, reliable person to join our team ASAP.

About You:

· Excel proficiency

· Excellent Communication skills

· Previous experience in purchasing, international experience is a bonus

· Ability to think outside the square & be a problem solver

· Good oral and writing skills in English

· Attention to detail and, maintaining complete and accurate documentation and records

Purchasing Role Tasks:

· Monitoring stock levels.

· Placing orders.

· Forecasting future stock requirements

· Ensure incoming goods meet or exceed specification/standards/requirements

· Researching and evaluating potential suppliers.

· Comparing and analysing supplier offers/prices

· Negotiating terms and pricing.

· Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.

· Organisation of freight of incoming goods, this includes national and international freight companies and freight forwarders.
