With over 150+ cabins and villas, 30+ caravan sites, and a wide range of guest facilities including two restaurants, a commercial-scale pool, playgrounds, BBQ areas and sports courts – no two days are the same here.

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Maintenance Manager to step into a key leadership role within our 6–8-person maintenance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting and working alongside our Group Maintenance Manager

Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day maintenance across the park

Leading and mentoring the maintenance team

Assisting with large-scale improvement projects (e.g. landscaping, lighting, solar, fire safety)

Liaising with trades and contractors

Ensuring high-quality, efficient work and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance/trades

Broad general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

Hands-on, team-first approach with a focus on training others

Trade qualification desirable but not essential

Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

References required
