We are hiring Aged Care Support Workers to join our growing home care team. This is a rewarding role where you will be supporting older people to remain living at home and to maintain their independence and connection to the community. This could include assistance with activities of daily living such as shopping, food preparation, general domestic, personal care, community access/transport, social visit and medication monitoring.

We are looking for people with these skills and qualities:

Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support

National Police Check clearance

Friendly and reliable with good relationship building skills and respectful of the dignity and privacy of the older person

Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds

Australian Driver’s Licence and a registered and insured vehicle

Experience working in the Aged Care Sector. Knowledge of Italian language and working with people from a multicultural background would be beneficial but not essential.
