We are recruiting exceptional in-home care support workers to join our team in to ensure we are providing holistic care for our clients.

Locations:

Milsons Point and surrounding suburbs

Roseville and surrounding suburbs

Kellyville/Dundas/Eastwood and surrounding suburbs- Female candidates with proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be ideal, in line with the client's requirement

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Transport to medical appointments and social outings.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour.

Preferable:
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent
• Previous experience in aged care, NDIS or a similar role is preferred

Minimum 3-6 months of aged care, NDIS or similar experience is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
• Availability for casual shifts
• Valid police check / or NDIS Check
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are accepted for this position.
