• the package: $29.21 to $34.84 plus superannuation per hour plus 25% casual loading

About the role
Clarence Coast Holiday Parks are the largest group of Holiday Parks in the area and are managed by Clarence Valley Council. Brooms Head Holiday Park is situated in the heart of Brooms Head and is surrounded by nature for the adventurous camper. With some of the best fishing and surfing on the east coast Brooms Head has become a popular tourist destination for all ages.
We are currently looking for a Casual Field Operator (Grounds and Maintenance) to fill this diverse role where no two days look the same.
Working between Brooms Head & Calypso Yamba. The successful candidate will possess:
• Previous grounds experience (Zero turn, wiper sniper, mowing, hedge trimming)
• General handyman experience and ability to operate power tools.
• Chainsaw Level 1 certificate desirable.
• General maintenance and upkeep of Holiday Park owned assets.
• Ability to reverse a trailer and drive a manual vehicle.
• Problem solving and have excellent time management skills.
• Be well presented and have a friendly disposition towards guests.
• Availability to work on a 7 day roster and be available to work weekends and certain public holidays.

Other important information
This position is located at Council's Brooms Head Holiday Park, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
A probation period applies to this position.
