Lead the Bar at One of Brisbane’s Most Iconic Venues

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Hold a current RSA certificate

Have 2+ years’ bar experience in a busy hospitality environment

Bring previous supervisory or shift leadership experience (preferred but not essential)

Are confident in managing bar operations and supporting FOH teams

Have strong people skills and enjoy mentoring and developing staff

Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service environments

Are flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supervising bar staff during service

Delivering high-quality beverage service, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

Driving exceptional customer service standards across the team

Managing cash handling, stock control, and bar presentation

Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and rostering support

Ensuring compliance with RSA, health, and safety regulations

Working closely with management to achieve venue goals
