As Bakery Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and a positive team environment. What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the bakery team to ensure efficient and high-quality production

Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the bakery

Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for ingredients and supplies

Providing hands-on support and training to bakery staff as needed

Liaising with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements

Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner

Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for the bakery team

What we're looking for

Supervisory experience in a bakery or similar food production environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Barista experience is preferred but not essential

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
