We’re searching for a Restaurant Pass Expeditor to take charge of the critical link between our kitchen and front-of-house. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with precision, and ensures our guests receive a seamless dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have 2+ years’ FOH or kitchen pass experience in a busy hospitality environment

Are highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to multitask under pressure

Have strong communication skills and can direct staff clearly and calmly

Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service environments

Can work flexibly across nights, weekends, and public holidays

Bring a professional, energetic, and team-oriented approach

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating the flow of meals from kitchen to floor during service

Communicating with chefs and wait staff to ensure smooth, timely service

Checking plates for accuracy, presentation, and quality before leaving the pass

Assisting in training FOH staff on service standards and timing

Supporting the Restaurant Supervisor and Management team with shift leadership

Ensuring hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently upheld
