About the Role:

Permanent Full-Time | House Department

Royal Queensland Golf Club is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to support the delivery of premium service experiences for our Members and guests.

Reporting to the House Manager, this hands-on leadership role oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high service standards, smooth clubhouse operations, and strong support for our events and functions calendar.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising bar and floor staff, maintaining high levels of service and presentation.

Building strong relationships with Members and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Supporting the planning and delivery of Club events and corporate functions.

Managing stock, facilities, and compliance with RSA and Club policies.

Assisting with rosters, training, and process improvements.

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership experience in hospitality/venue management.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience in workforce planning and problem solving.

RSA certification (essential).

A mature, ethical, and professional approach with strong work ethic.
