Bar Manager | Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast

Cocktails, cold beers, and waterfront vibes, Northern Grounds is serving it all, and now we need a Bar Manager to keep the good times pouring.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the bar and leading a high-energy team
• Driving consistency in cocktails, pours, and presentation
• Training and mentoring bartenders to lift skills across the board
• Stock control, ordering, and bar systems management
• Bringing creativity to the drinks menu and guest experience

About you:

• Previous experience in a bar management or senior bartender role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for great drinks and memorable guest experiences
• Organised, reliable, and confident with stock and systems
• Cool under pressure and always leading by example
