About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager/Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kewdale Tyres' in Kewdale, WA. As a full-time member of our Kewdale store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining store displays, inventory, and merchandising to ensure an organised and visually appealing retail environment

Providing support to the Store Manager in daily store operations, including staff supervision, task delegation, and problem-solving

Actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve store performance and customer experience

Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

A minimum of 1 year experience in retail or customer service is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management

A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
