About the role

Boujee Smile is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team in Joondalup on either a Part-time or Full time basis. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing Cosmetic Teeth Whitening services to our clients. Additionally, you will handle front-end duties such as processing payments, answering calls and emails, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth client experience. This can be a full-time or part-time role.

What you'll be doing

Performing cosmetic teeth whitening treatments for clients, ensuring high-quality experience and results.

Managing front-of-house operations, including greeting clients, handling bookings, answering calls, and processing payments.

Calling clients to confirm bookings and follow-ups, providing a personal touch to our customer service

Maintaining cleanliness and sterility of the studio.

Managing the studio’s day-to-day operations while working independently.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant

Ability to work independently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently

Impeccable time management and commitment to punctuality

Proficient in POS software / Scheduling software

A genuine passion for providing high-quality client care
