About the opportunity
Primary Health Tasmania is proud to be at the forefront of improving health services for Tasmanians by designing and implementing multiple health projects and programs. We’re looking for a super organised Project Coordinator to support our rapidly developing team in the delivery of a portfolio of health projects.
In this brand-new role, you’ll be at the heart of our project operations, making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. You’ll engage with stakeholders, keep everyone in the loop with clear communication and maintain top-notch project documentation.
What you would be doing
Your focus will be:
Maintain project documentation using MS tools such as MS Planner, Excel, Word and SharePoint
Track project deliverables and coordinate resources to meet timelines and objectives
Facilitate collaboration across teams and project stakeholders
Coordinate meetings and workshops and support the preparation and updating of materials and communications
Here's what you’ll look like
Project Coordination, Administration: Experience in coordinating projects, action planning or project administration (project experience in a health or community services setting would be advantageous). Good working experience with Microsoft suite of tools.
Communication and Relationship-Building: Ability to connect with and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proactive in meeting project needs, working independently, and finding practical solutions.
