Maintenance Worker

The Role:

Handyperson involving:

• General upkeeping of the hotel with minor repair and maintenance
• Completing maintenance tasks to a high standard and support other maintenance personnel where required
• Basic skills in carpentry, painting and plastering
• Liaising with other contractors on site and assisting when needed
• Pool cleaning and testing
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Other duties as required

Experience - Qualifications essential

• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Own car and licence
• White Card
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
