Statewide Property Services (WA) is located in Bayswater and has been operating in WA for nearly 20 years. Statewide Property Services consists of a highly trained team of hoarding installers and trade assistants. Specialised contractors in the supply and installation of Engineer Certified hoarding systems along with completing commercial defits & strip outs.

Work Locations:

Working in retail shopping centres, commercial buildings, airports, hotels, casinos and building sites across Western Australia.

We are seeking to employ a casual carpenter / handyman to join our team of installers. Successful canidates may be offered a full time position. Full training will be provided in the TITAN Hoarding System.

Key Responsibilities:

Site layout and set up of the relevant hoarding system

Reading and working from hoarding layout plans

Installing hoarding panels into required position

Installing doors with digital locks

Dismantling hoarding equipment once the job is completed

Involves manual handling and lifting with electric trolleys and lifters

Skills, Experience and Expectations:

Trade qualified Carpenter or Cabinet Maker - (desirable but not essential)

White Card can be obtained after hiring if not currently held

Be physically fit and healthy

Prepared to work flexible hours including evenings.

Great penalty rates for evening / weekend work when required

Reliable with good attention to detail

Hoarding equipment knowledge (desirable)
