What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments: FCA, SIL, SDA, Home Safety, Equipment & Home Modifications

Manage a varied caseload with assessment, intervention planning, program development and equipment prescription

Ensure services are evidence-based, client-focused and delivered to high standards

About You

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist

Experience with aged care, disability, complex needs & NDIS

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Independent contractor setup – ABN, Professional Indemnity Insurance

NDIS Worker Screening Card

Police Clearance
