We are a team of 8 mobile physiotherapists working in the Sunshine Coast region

We provide input mainly for Home Care Package clients (+ some NDIS participants, and privately funded clients - including pre/post-surgical care)

We focus on giving quality time and care to clients, as well as a fun and engaging experience

About the Role - A Normal Week

You would have your own caseload of regular clients (sessions usually take place at a client’s residence - but may be at their local gym, park or swimming pool)

Conduct 1-4 new client assessments each week, and provide short written reports in a timely manner

Provide mentoring to 1-2 less experienced colleagues (30-60 mins weekly)

Skills and Experience Required

4+ years of experience working in Aged Care / Rehabilitation / Community settings

Requires excellent assessment and manual therapy skills, and confidence managing complex clients

Experience writing high-quality reports

Ability to mentor less experienced physiotherapists

Confidence when communicating with key stakeholders

Ability to work independently

Patience, maturity and positivity

Work as a Contractor and get paid a great rate for all the work you do

Daily retainer of $250 - for peace of mind

Superannuation and Workcover Insurance provided

Monday to Friday only - no weekends

You can choose which days/hours to work + organise your own diary

When you are not seeing clients, your time is your own

Team CPD sessions (every 2-3 months)

No KPI’s

Required

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

AHPRA Registration

Driver’s licence + well maintained vehicle

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

Willing to Obtain

National Police Check

First Aid and CPR certificates

Evidence of COVID/FLU Vaccinations
