About the role

Hub and Spoke Health is seeking experienced multiple allied health professionals to join our team on a contractor basis. We have opportunities available across the disciplines of Podiatry, Psychology and Speech Pathology. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your work days and locations, while supporting our growing network of community health “spokes” across Melbourne.

About the role

The role of Mobile Practitioner involves providing care to privately-funded patients, home-care package patients together with NDIS participants in their home. Such patient care may include post-surgical, aged-care, disability, and chronic illness.

What you'll be doing

Provide high-quality allied health services to clients at locations in the community.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised treatment plans.

Maintain accurate client records and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices and client experiences.

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration with the appropriate professional body.

Minimum 2 years of experience working as an allied health professional.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.

Flexibility to work across multiple locations as needed.
