The Opportunity:
This firm is looking for a skilled Legal Secretary to join their Sydney office and provide vital support across the Employment practice area on a temporary or contract basis. This position is supporting up to Partner level and would require you to carry out some of the following duties:
-Acting as the first point of contact for client communications
-Monthly billing using Aderant
-Booking travel arrangements
-Filing
-Drafting and preparing documents
-Diary and inbox management
-General administrative duties

About You:
This firm is seeking someone who possesses the following:
-Prior experience in a legal support position
-Prior experience in Employment or Litigation practice areas
-The ability to start immediately
-Attention to detail
-The ability to work full time
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-The ability to take initiative
