Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors at reception, acting as the face of the practice

Answer all incoming calls and manage client bookings, emails, and referrals

Support medical and allied health practitioners with administrative tasks

Complete Medicare rebates and health fund claims

Maintain and operate clinical billing software

Work collaboratively with a positive team culture

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a medical or allied health receptionist

Knowledge of Medicare, private health fund, and NDIS billing processes

Familiarity with practice management software (Xestro) and Microsoft Office

Current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate (desirable)

Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills

A warm and caring approach to patients across all age groups

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
