RTO Process Manufacturing Trainer — Adelaide

The role

Deliver MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing on site with production teams

Train, assess, and coach on the floor across safety, quality, problem solving, and workflow

Plan delivery, manage scheduling, and keep stakeholders informed

Track completions and outcomes to agreed KPIs

What you need

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing or equivalent vocational competency at Cert III+

Recent manufacturing experience in plant, production, or process operations

Confident communication with supervisors through to the CEO

Strong organisation and follow-through in live industrial environments

Nice to have

Lean or CI exposure such as 5S, Kaizen, A3 problem solving

Experience with PMA/PMB/PMC streams or MSM40116

Valid SA driver licence and willingness to work on client sites

Salary and engagement

Employed total package: $102,000–$135,000 per year inclusive of super

Optional phone and car allowance as part of the package

Contractor: $500–$700 per day + GST

Full-time preferred. Part-time or contract possible for the right person

Adelaide and greater metro client sites
