Kyeema Support Services Inc (Kyeema) is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering individuals through inclusive, high-quality, and person-driven support. We're on the lookout for an experienced and values-driven Corporate Services Manager to join our leadership team.
About the Role
Kyeema is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Services Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of our core corporate functions — ensuring the organisation runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently behind the scenes, so our frontline services can thrive.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee a broad portfolio including IT, quality, records and administration, fleet and facilities, maintenance, marketing, and risk. Your leadership will be central to driving operational excellence and supporting our core purpose of delivering high-quality, person-centred to support and empower individuals to make choices to enrich their lives.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends compliance, planning, and improvement. You’ll apply your strong judgement, systems-thinking, and people leadership skills to shape how Kyeema works — today and into the future.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate core corporate services across multiple functions
Contribute to strategic and operational planning
Drive system and process improvements aligned with best practices
Lead, support, and develop a small multi-functional team
Monitor and manage organisational risk, quality, and IT systems
Champion inclusive, ethical, and values-based leadership
About You
You are a confident and capable leader with experience managing business operations in a corporate or community services environment. You're a natural problem solver, systems-thinker, and people-leader who thrives on continuous improvement.
You’ll bring:
Formal qualifications in Business, Finance or relevant field, with substantial management experience overseeing a corporate, administrative or other equivalent function.
Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative or corporate service functions within a small to medium sized organisation, preferably with experience in the not-for-profit, or public sector setting.
Experience in applying financial, HR, or governance processes to support operational effectiveness.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpretation skills including a genuine desire to seek opportunities for continuous service improvement.
Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise insights to inform executive decisions, supported by high-level analytical, planning, and modelling skills, including service and financial analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder liaison.
Understanding of NDIS or disability service environments (desirable)
Strong IT and digital systems capability
