Join a stable and safety-focused drilling team as a Reverse Circulation & Grade Control Driller with True Resources. This is a high-paying, long-term role on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, working with an industry leader.

You’ll operate Rock Commander rigs, lead and train a team of Offsiders, and ensure safe and efficient drill operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for experienced drillers looking for career growth and lifestyle benefits.

What the role involves:

• Operate Rock Commanders Grade Control rigs and support drill operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Offsiders, assisting with training and daily tasks.
• Conduct site setup, mobilisations, and demobilisations while maintaining safety compliance.
• Complete drill reporting and liaise with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful you must have and provide:

• Experience on Rock Commanders Grade Control Rigs
• Certificate III RII31815 in Drilling Operations
• Hold a current HR Licence
• Minimum of 3 years of experience Drilling professionally
• Clean NPC from within the last 6 months
• Strong commitment to safety
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status - please note we cannot accept visa applications
• Working at heights, first-aid and 4WD ticket highly regarded
