What’s on Offer:
- First-year OTE potential of $80,000 – $90,000 base + commission
- Long-term potential: $150,000 – $200,000+ OTE as you grow your desk

- Monday to Friday role with hybrid work options, no weekends or late nights

- Manage and expand your client portfolio
- Source, match, and place candidates end to end
- Negotiate and close deals to deliver on revenue goals
