Wilks Water is one of the leading water brokerage firms operating in the Murray Darling Basin for over 25 years. Wilks Water provide brokerage and consultancy services in the trading of irrigation water for clients who are wanting to secure their current and future water plans.
The Administrative Officer role is responsible for client liaison, dissemination and receipt of paperwork and inputting of data into the relevant databases. The role will require working closely with the existing team members to ensure timely processing of trade paperwork and payment of clients, whilst maintaining accurate record keeping.
About the Role
Provide clients with the relevant paperwork in accordance with current processes
Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately
Update client and financial databases
Ensure all documents and approvals are maintained in accordance with regulations
Assist in the processing of accounts payable and receivable for clients
Skills and Experience
Computer and Microsoft Suite Experience (essential)
Experience in accounting systems (MYOB / Xero)
Experience in Sharepoint or similar systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously
