Newline Transport have a position available for a motivated and punctual candidate to fill the role of customer service & bookings office clerk at our Wetherill Park office. You will be joing a team of experienced staff in our specialised site delivery transport company.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email

Processing transport and warehouse bookings in our booking systems

Providing prompt and courteous customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships

Assisting with driver enquieries and delivery information

Supporting the administration and logistics team as requires

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or bookings entry role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to handle a varied workload

Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer skills

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all your work

Enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a team environment
