The Role: Customer Relationships Manager
📍 Macquarie Park, Sydney (WFH Tuesdays + Thursdays)
💼 Full-Time
💰 $70K – $80K + Super
What You’ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day
Client Champion – Be the friendly go-to for clients once their loan is underway, guiding them through each step with clarity and confidence.
Trusted Advisor – Proactively check in, answer questions, and make the process stress-free — always one step ahead of client needs.
Lender & Partner Liaison – Communicate with banks, solicitors, and third parties to keep everything running like clockwork.
Smooth Operator – Ensure documents, timelines, and milestones are always on track — no surprises, no delays.
Doc Reviewer – Triple-check accuracy so clients never have to worry about mistakes.
Post-Settlement Care – Conduct check-ins and rate reviews to keep clients feeling supported well after their loan settles.
Client Experience Innovator – Spot opportunities to improve the way we deliver service and strengthen long-term client relationships.
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, client management, settlements, or financial services.
Polished written + verbal communication skills — you know how to build trust fast.
A proactive mindset: you anticipate problems before they become issues.
Attention to detail + time management that keeps everything humming.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Broker Engine or banking platforms.
