About the role

Rocket Rehab is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in North Strathfield, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

What you'll be doing

Proactively managing a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions

Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing responsive, personalised support

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients

Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and resolve any issues

Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and account management

Contributing to the development of customer retention strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer relationship management or account management role, preferably within the occupational rehabilitation industry

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders

Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software to record and analyse client data

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs
